Annual Spring Waterway Clean-up

Please Join us for the Annual Spring Waterway Clean-up!

Help us protect and improve our local waterways by participating in this community service event.

World Beverage is donating water, ice, juice and energy buckets for the event.

Time: 9 am to 12 noon
Location: Loveland Civic Center & Other Locations

Please dress appropriately: old clothes, work gloves, hats, work boots/shoes (waders, if possible). Garbage bags and drinking water will be provided.

Note: Participants between the ages of 13-18 not accompanied by a parent or guardian must bring a pre-signed liability form. Children between the ages of 6-12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children under the age of 6 may not participate in a waterway cleanup.

*This year Crocs recycling: We will be accepting used Crocs shoes for recycling. They will be shipped to the Crocs company for remanufacturing and donation to needy folks in Africa.

Summerfest In the Rockies

July 10 - July 12, 2009

SummerFest in the Rockies is an
event that is held annually in downtown Loveland. This year’s event will be held at Civic Center Park and the
Foote Lagoon, 500 E. Third Street. We anticipate attendance to be approximately 10,000 participants this
year.

SummerFest in the Rockies actually begins on Friday, July 10 at 6:30-9:30 p.m. with a wine tasting and
entertainment in conjunction with Night on the Town. No vendors will set up for Friday night’s event; vendors
will want to be in place for Saturday and Sunday. Again, this year we will have newly unveiled fiberglass
hearts that will go on display throughout the City.
