Our Dragon’s Milk Reserve series is the ultimate indulgence. Authentic ingredients, unique barrels, and our brewer’s creativity result in delicious brews that showcase the incredible versatility of Dragon’s Milk. Each entry into the Reserve series is carefully crafted to highlight the signature flavors of roasted malt, vanilla, and oak in new and unique ways, becoming a legend all its own.
Barrel character is brought to the forefront, complemented by two separate additions of carefully selected whole vanilla beans. First aged for three months in freshly dumped bourbon barrels with whole Madagascar vanilla beans, the beer was imparted with a rich and creamy vanilla sweetness. The beer was then moved to a fresh set of bourbon barrels for an additional three months of aging, this time paired with Indonesian vanilla beans. Flavors of toasted oak from the barrel are amplified, married with subtle smoky, earthy, and fruity notes from the vanilla. The result is nothing short of legendary.
