Tasting Notes Our 2017 Pinot Noir is a handsome stranger; warm, dark, and mysterious. Rich aromas of black cherry, cassis, tobacco, molasses, and damp soil make way for decadent flavors of cherry, spiced dark chocolate, and smoke. Just like eating chocolate covered cherries in front of a fire place, it will leave you asking, “Come here often?”
