One of only a handful of Champagne houses that only use the first press juices, plus an unusually high percentage of reserve wines (approximately 40%), Deutz's Brut Classic is a high quality NV Champagne. Pain grille aromas are followed by attractive fresh apple and brioche with good intensity and finesse. Vibrant and complex, with good persistence.
Though it has mature, slightly toasty aromas, this wine also has great flavors of grapefruit, some lemon peel and a vibrant white fruit character. It is dry, with the clean, fresh acidity going right through to the finish. Imported by Maisons Marques & Domaines USA.
There's an aromatic floral note to the flavors of apricot, ripe apple, smoky mineral, kumquat and lemon zest in this firm bubbly, which is fine-grained and balanced, with a lively, moderate finish."
