The grapes, after being hand-selected and picked from their bunches in the collection rooms, fall directly by force of gravity into the vinification cellar underground, right into stainless steel barrels for fermentation both through pressing and through remounting and delestage systems. Half of the wine is transffered to French and Hungarian oak, where malolactic fermentation is completed and the wine is aged 8 months. The other half ot he wine remains in stainless steel, and then the wines are blended before the final bottling.
Intense and deep red colour with purple hues. On the nose intense and fresh with aromas of mature red fruit like cherries and strawberries, citrus fruits and hints of spices. The palate is round, complex with ripe tannins and a spicy and mineral finish with hints of liquorice and a pleasant fruity aftertaste mainly of cherries.
