Although making whisky was at the core of our mission when we created Spirit Hound, we quickly realized that our custom-built still could also produce an outstanding rum.
This double-distilled spirit has a silky mouthfeel with a mellow oak and molasses character, along with esters of cinnamon, cotton candy, vanilla and tropical banana. Bottled at 90 proof.
