Tasting notes: Notes of brûléed vanilla sugar, toasted sweet corn, dark cherry and light smoke.
TECHNICAL
100% Colorado grains, all grown by farmers that we know personally. We use a mash bill of 75% corn, 15% rye and 10% malted barley. Aged about 3 years in Char #3 White Oak 53-gallon barrels. 94 proof (47% ABV).
